Enterprise Sales Director

Location: Remote
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

The Role

Are you a proven enterprise sales leader who knows the language access industry inside and out? Do you have the relationships, industry expertise, and drive to open doors with major healthcare organizations and turn complex opportunities into lasting partnerships?

At Linguava, we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This is a true hunter role for someone who knows how to navigate the healthcare landscape, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and close high-value, net-new business.

You'll lead the full sales cycle, connecting health systems, hospitals, clinics, and health insurance companies with language access solutions that help them better serve their patients. From onsite and video remote interpreting to telephonic interpreting and translation services, you'll help organizations find the right solutions to their most pressing language access challenges.

This role is about more than closing deals. It's about helping healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes, strengthen compliance, and deliver more equitable care to people with limited English proficiency. You'll bring together industry expertise, consultative selling, and strategic relationship-building to drive meaningful growth for Linguava and the communities we serve.

If you bring deep language access industry experience, a strong healthcare network, and a track record of winning complex enterprise deals, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business. Identify, develop, and close new enterprise partnerships with health systems, hospitals, clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), public health departments, and health insurance companies across the U.S.
  • Own the full sales cycle. Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution design, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Sell solutions that make a difference. Connect healthcare organizations with the right combination of onsite, video remote, and telephonic interpreting, as well as translation services.
  • Build executive-level relationships. Establish trust and credibility with C-suite leaders, clinical executives, patient experience teams, and other key decision-makers.
  • Lead with a consultative approach. Uncover client challenges, understand organizational priorities, and develop tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable clinical, operational, and financial value.
  • Win complex enterprise deals. Navigate lengthy sales cycles, sophisticated buying processes, and high-stakes RFPs and RFIs to secure strategic contracts.
  • Bring the value of language access to life. Articulate how language access supports patient outcomes, health equity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of the industry. Understand healthcare trends, evolving language access requirements, and the competitive landscape to help prospective clients make informed decisions.
  • Build strategic partnerships. Cultivate relationships that expand Linguava's reach, create new opportunities, and accelerate growth.
  • Own your numbers. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics while maintaining accurate CRM records, a healthy pipeline, and reliable forecasts.

Who You Are

  • A language access sales expert. You bring at least 7 years of direct experience selling language access solutions to healthcare organizations, including large hospitals, health systems, and payers. This experience is essential to success in the role.
  • A true hunter. You thrive on opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. You know how to turn industry knowledge and relationships into revenue.
  • A strategic, consultative seller. You ask thoughtful questions, uncover the real business problem, and connect client needs to solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Comfortable in the C-suite. You can engage senior healthcare leaders with confidence, communicate complex ideas clearly, and build relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
  • A skilled negotiator. You have experience navigating complex contracts, enterprise procurement processes, and high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well-versed in healthcare. You understand healthcare operations, patient experience, language access workflows, and relevant regulatory requirements, including Title VI and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.
  • Tech-savvy and disciplined. You're comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain strong sales documentation.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented. You know how to prioritize your time, manage a complex sales pipeline, and stay focused on the activities that drive results.
  • Mission-driven. You believe language should never be a barrier to quality healthcare and are motivated by the opportunity to advance health equity through your work.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of direct experience selling language access services, including interpreting and translation solutions, to healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrated success winning new business and closing complex, enterprise-level contracts with hospitals, health systems, and/or healthcare payers.
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling, executive-level presentations, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Experience managing formal RFP and RFI processes.
  • Strong understanding of language access service delivery models and the technology used to support them, including video remote interpreting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry conferences, and business development opportunities.

Please note: Direct experience selling language access solutions to healthcare organizations is a requirement for this position. Candidates without this specific industry experience will not be considered.
