Our Mission & Vision

At Linguava, we are more than a language service provider; we are a bridge to equity in healthcare. Our Mission is to be the go-to company where linguists take pride in their profession, employees are excited to work, and the healthcare community trusts as the premier choice for exceptional services.

We are driven by a Vision to give every patient a seat at the table, ensuring they can fully participate in their healthcare journey regardless of the language they speak or sign. As a Product Manager, you are the architect of the solutions that make this seat at the table possible.

How We Work: Our Core Principles

We don't just build products; we build pathways rooted in our identity:

  • People First: We honor the humanity of our patients, clients, and partners. We build a culture where you are heard, appreciated, and empowered—even when things aren't perfect.

  • Doing the Right Thing: We lead with transparency and integrity. You will be empowered to make ethical decisions that build trust with the lives we touch.

  • Pursuit of Progress: We aren't interested in the status quo. We embrace continuous innovation to make our daily activities—and our language access solutions—better every single day.

  • Above & Beyond Service: We strive to "wow" our internal and external clients, turning standard technical support into extraordinary experiences.

  • We Have Each Other’s Back: Success is a collective effort. At Linguava, we step up for one another, regardless of title, to share the load and win together.

Position Summary

The Product Manager is a dynamic leader who blends deep expertise in the linguistic services industry with a passion for healthcare equity. You will lead the strategic planning and optimization of platforms and integrated solutions that deliver life-changing interpretation and translation services. Your work ensures that technology acts as an enabler—never a barrier—for patients receiving the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & the Pursuit of Progress

  • Define the vision and roadmap for remote interpretation (VRI/OPI), on-site scheduling, and translation ecosystems.

  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs and usability to ensure our delivery models are progressively better every day.

2. Healthcare Integration & People-Centric Solution Design

  • Lead initiatives to integrate language access workflows with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare communication platforms.

  • Collaborate with UX and engineering to design scalable solutions that prioritize the well-being and ease of use for both the clinician and the patient.

3. Translation & Language Technology Leadership

  • Partner with our linguists—who take pride in their profession—to advance workflows through translation management systems (TMS) and assistive technologies.

  • Identify market trends and "Go the Extra Mile" to solve real customer pain points before they become obstacles to care.

4. Collaborative Success (Having Each Other's Back)

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support go-to-market activities and client adoption.

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone feels heard and empowered during the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or ownership, preferably within language services, healthcare technology, or SaaS solutions.

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of remote/on-site interpretation and translation workflows.

  • Technical Background: Familiarity with APIs and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

  • Integrity-Driven: A proven track record of Doing the Right Thing and managing stakeholders through honest, open, and respectful communication.

  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making balanced with empathy for the end-user.
